The historic Old Courthouse, a stop on the National Park Service's Underground Railroad Network to Freedom and the first venue in the Supreme Court case of Dred Scott, is located in the Jefferson National Expansion Memorial Park along the Mississippi Riverfront, alongside the Gateway Arch, the Museum of Westward Expansion and the Mississippi Riverboat Cruises.
